Here at William's And Restoration we are looking motivated individuals looking to build a career in sales, we do retail sales for clients who need roofing, siding, and interior and exterior repairs and replacement. We are a commission only company, but our commission percentage is much greater than other roofing companies in the area, because we understand that retail is a lot more difficult to sell than insurance or finance jobs. We are a newly founded small "mom and pop" company but we are looking to expand in the next five years, there's tons of opportunity for job advancement and promotion. We offer on the job in person training so you can make sales during training. We would love to have you be apart of our team!
