About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside*SalesRetention Representative* to join our team. This hybrid role combines proactive sales responsibilities with customer retention strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is persuasive, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. * What You'll Do * Sales Duties: * Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and referrals. * Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate contracts. * Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. * * Retention Duties: * Engage with existing customers to prevent cancellations and reduce churn. * Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve satisfaction. * Offer upgrades, cross-sells, and loyalty incentives. Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain long-term relationships. * * General: * Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align strategies. * Analyze customer feedback and retention metrics to improve processes. * Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings. * Who You Are * Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retention roles. * Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and meet performance goals. * Proficient in CRM software; experience with Smart Service Cloud is a plus, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite. * High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
