We are a well-known, owner operated company with multifamily market rate and affordable housing communities in West Michigan. Assisting people find their perfect home is our passion. All of our communities offer breathtaking views and an urban living experience in downtown Grand Rapids. We are seeking a full-time leasing consultant. If you have previous leasing experience in our industry, this job is for you. Our team members enjoy a family friendly environment and have opportunities for growth. Snapshot of job duties: * Promote properties in person and on the phone. * Qualify potential residents. * Assist applicants with completing applications. * Create strategies to increase customer satisfaction and improve occupancy rates. Education/Experience: * Associates degree or equivalent work experience. * Two years successful leasing experience in market rate or affordable multifamily housing . * Knowledge of the downtown Grand Rapids area.
