Overview We area growing landscape company and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Account Manager to lead growth initiatives within the Commercial and Residential Landscape sectors. This role involves cultivating new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and driving sales strategies to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building lasting business partnerships. Experience with B2B sales, marketing, and technology solutions will be highly valued to support our innovative landscape services. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities within commercial and residential markets. * Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. * Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. * Present tailored proposals and technical sales solutions that meet client needs while demonstrating product value. * Maintain industry knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in landscape management. * Provide leadership within the team by sharing best practices in sales techniques and account management strategies. * Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service delivery. * Requirements * Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management within the landscape or related industries. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. * Demonstrated ability in marketing strategies, technical sales, and leveraging CRM platforms like Salesforce. * Experience in technology sales or technical consulting is a plus. * Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities through warm calling and networking. * Leadership qualities with the ability to influence team members and foster collaborative relationships. * A valid driver's license is preferred for client visits and on-site meetings.
