Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our Business Development Center. This position is responsible for managing incoming service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer communication throughout the service process. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and capable of providing an exceptional customer experience over the phone and online.
