The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a "Hunter" mentality, enabling them to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. * Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain customer records. * Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts. * Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. * Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings to effectively position our solutions. Skills * Proven experience in outbound calling and telemarketing is preferred. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. * Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Negotiation skills that facilitate successful deal closures. * A customer-centric approach that prioritizes client satisfaction. * Knowledge of technology sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
