About the Role As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers--helping schedule appointments, answering inquiries, following up with leads, and supporting our sales operations. This position is essential to our dealership's success and offers a clear path for advancement for high performers. What You 'll Do * Engage with customers by phone, text, email, and online inquiries * Set qualified appointments for the sales team * Follow up with prospects to maintain interest and increase show rates * Support sales consultants with information, communication, and coordination * Track interactions and appointment outcomes in the CRM * Be a positive, professional representative of Thompson Automotive at all times What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and customer service skills * Self-motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer and CRM navigation skills * Prior BDC or automotive experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits We believe in rewarding performance and providing financial growth opportunities.
