Position Description Pan-Am Dental is seeking a motivated and results-oriented sales professional to develop, manage, and expand our territory in Charlotte, NC & surrounding areas including Greenville, Raleigh, Asheville, Augusta, Charleston, Florence and Myrtle Beach General

Responsibilities

• Maintain, present, promote, and sell dental prosthetics to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Call on and convert company provided customer leads and generate new leads through B2B cold calling.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints in coordination with the lab to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed agreed upon sales quotas.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure smooth customer transitioning and satisfaction.
• Use CRM and case management software to report on sales activities, pipelines, customer needs, problems, interests, activities, and potential.
• Continuously improve through feedback and training.

Requirements

• 5 years B2B sales experience (Dental Preferred)
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, relationship building, and communication skills.
• Efficient in territory and time management.
• Ability to create and deliver custom sales pitches to specific audiences needs.
• Bachelor's Degree or Industry Trade Equivalent (RDH, DA) Pay
