RENT PROSPER is Hiring a Leasing Professional!: Location: 349 Scottsdale Square, Winter Park, FL Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Pay Rate: $20$23/hour + Monthly Commissions Employment Type: Full-Time Overview: Rent Prosper is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join our on- site team at a 150-unit multifamily community in the busy Semoran/University Blvd area of Winter Park, FL. This is a high-demand leasing environment where strong closers thrive. Responsibilities: * Manage all leasing operations, including leads, tours, applications, and renewals * Consistently follow up with prospects to convert leads into residents * Support marketing initiatives to improve occupancy and resident retention * Deliver exceptional customer service and address tenant inquiries on-site * Coordinate move-ins/outs, inspections, work orders, and unit turns * Maintain accurate documentation in property management systems * Collaborate with Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Maintenance * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and all housing regulations * Contribute to a positive, professional, and organized office environment Requirements: * 3+ years of leasing experience in multifamily/apartment communities * Experience working at properties with 100+ units * 3+ years using property management systems (Yardi, OneSite, etc.) * Experience with lead management tools (RentCafe, Knock, etc.) * Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and housing operations regulations * Organizational excellence and strong attention to detail Nice to Have: * Bilingual in English & Spanish Benefits: * Paid Time Off * Sales Bonuses * Health Care * Dental * No Weekend Work! * Vision * Monthly and/or Quarterly Performance Bonuses * 10 Paid Holidays * Life Insurance
