What You 'll Do * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care. * Schedule appointments and manage customer communications. * Follow up on leads and assist the sales team in tracking prospects. * Provide customers with information about roofing, siding, gutters, and windows. * Ensure a smooth experience for homeowners from first call to project completion. * Maintain accurate records in our CRM and support overall office operations. What We 're Looking For * Friendly, outgoing, and highly coachable. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills--you enjoy helping others. * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. * Comfortable using phones, email, and basic computer programs/CRM systems. * Previous customer service experience is a plus--but not required.
