• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer communications.
• Follow up on leads and assist the sales team in tracking prospects.
• Provide customers with information about roofing, siding, gutters, and windows.
• Ensure a smooth experience for homeowners from first call to project completion.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and support overall office operations. What We 're Looking For
• Friendly, outgoing, and highly coachable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills--you enjoy helping others.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Comfortable using phones, email, and basic computer programs/CRM systems.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus--but not required.
