As a Retail Sales Team Member, you will support customers throughout every stage of the outreach and sales process, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision. You'll build strong, lasting relationships that leave customers feeling confident and inspired, while addressing questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and integrity. Retail Sales Team Members also collaborate closely with internal team members to demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services while meeting sales goals. Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Team Member: * Confidently share information with customers regarding sales promotions, products, and company background * Expand product and sales knowledge by participating in team meetings and ongoing training * Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity, and respect while upholding company standards and policies * Build authentic relationships with prospective customers by assessing needs, offering personalized recommendations, and creating memorable experiences * Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries, including product details, pricing, and availability, using Retail Sales Team Member training and communication tools * Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and increase revenue * Learn new sales strategies by attending team networking events and working promotional activities What We Look For in a Retail Sales Team Member: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or client relations preferred * Prior experience directly as a Retail Sales Team Member is highly desirable * A strong sense of ethics and integrity * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * A desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact * Confidence in handling objections with a demonstrated ability to close sales Just like the brands we represent, we're searching for motivated individuals who challenge the norm, think creatively, and are eager to grow beyond the status quo.
