Leasing Specialist - Historic Mt. Airy Property Philadelphia, PA | Full-Time | Tuesday -Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Are you a driven, self-motivated leasing professional with a passion for sales and resident satisfaction? We're seeking a high-performing Leasing Specialist to join our team at a historic and beloved apartment community in Mt. Airy, Philadelphia. If you thrive in a fast-paced leasing environment and are motivated by results, this opportunity is for you. What You'll Do: * Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents -- from initial outreach to tour to signed lease. * Execute strategic leasing outreach and marketing, both online and in the local community. * Deliver exceptional customer service to current residents to support retention and renewals. * Support leasing and occupancy goals through follow-ups, CRM management (AppFolio), and daily activity tracking. * Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report on leasing progress, leads, and performance metrics. What We're Looking For: * 3+ years of multifamily leasing experience required -- this is not an entry-level role. * A confident, sales-first mindset with a proven ability to close leases. * Comfortable with AppFolio or similar property management platforms. * Professional, outgoing, and eager to exceed leasing goals. * Must be available to work Tuesdays through Saturdays, on-site.
