Qualifications * Sales experience (construction, real estate, high-ticket, or related preferred--but intelligence, drive, and willpower matter most) * Exceptional communication and presentation skills * Ability to build rapport and close deals with diverse clients * Reliable transportation for local site visits and meetings (boots on ground required) * Familiarity with construction/design-build (preferred, not required) * Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM and digital tools * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation * Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary * Pay: $50,000 - $1,000,000+ per year (commission-based, uncapped) * Compensation Package: 1099 contract, bonus opportunities, performance incentives, uncapped commission, yearly bonus How to Apply Ready to build your future--and San Antonio's--with UCG?
