Now Hiring: Experienced Freight Agents (With Book of Business) Location: Remote, In Person, or Hybrid | Job Type: Full-Time | Commission-Only Reinsfelder Inc. is expanding--and we're looking for experienced Freight Brokers/Agents with an active book of business ready to move. • Act as the go-to liaison between shippers and carriers
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules with dispatch
• Manage multiple shipments, track loads, and update clients
• Resolve freight discrepancies quickly and professionally
• Develop new business through outreach, strategy, and service
• Maintain accurate records and customer documentation
• Work 100% commission-based with full flexibility What We Expect:
• You MUST have an active customer base (book of business)
• Proven experience in freight brokerage or logistics
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Professionalism in customer communications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
