Allied Flooring & Paint is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our multi-family and property management business throughout Eastern Massachusetts. This position is based out of our Leominster, MA location but the person would travel throughout Eastern Massachusetts. This role is designed for a true hunter --someone who is energized by being on the road, cold calling, opening new accounts, and building long-term relationships with property managers, developers, and contractors. Success in this position requires strong personal drive, excellent time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet demanding project timelines. Compensation is a combination of base salary plus uncapped commission , with significant upside for high performers. The Pay range listed on this posting is based on the combination of a base salary and average commission. Key Responsibilities * Prospect, cold call, and develop new multi-family and property management accounts within the assigned territory * Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, owners, developers, and contractors * Own and manage your territory, including route planning, account targeting, and follow-up * Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and solution-based sales discussions * Prepare and present pricing proposals; negotiate and close new business * Partner closely with project managers, estimators, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met * Utilize CRM tools to track activity, manage accounts, and forecast pipeline performance * Stay informed on flooring products, industry trends, and competitor activity * Represent Allied Flooring & Paint at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions * Consistently meet or exceed sales activity and revenue goals Qualifications & Skills * Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven with a strong outside sales mindset * Experience in the flooring industry and a current book of business a big plus * Proven experience in B2B outside sales , preferably within construction, flooring, or building materials * Comfortable with cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, and account development * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Effective territory and time management abilities * Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger internal team * Proficiency with basic computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM systems) * Flooring, construction, or estimating experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Compensation Structure * Base salary + uncapped commission - The Pay range listed on this posting is based on the combination of a base salary and average commission. * Bonus opportunities * Auto Allowance Benefits * 401(k) with company match * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off * Full-time, year-round position Schedule & Work Environment * Day shift * Combination of field sales (on the road) and office-based work * Weekends as needed but not regularly * In-person role based out of Leominster, MA Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Do you have reliable transportation to get to the office in Leominster, Ma and travel throughout Eastern Ma.?
