Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Partner Success Manager (Events) to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with partners, managing event collaborations, and ensuring the successful execution of various event initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a background in event marketing, planning, and on-site event activations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in events management and customer service will directly contribute to our growth and partner satisfaction.
Responsibilities
:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned FUZE events, serving as the primary point of contact for all post-sales activities.
- Understand client needs, goals, and challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement tailored solutions.
- Onboard new event partners, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of expectations.
- Potentially travel onsite and execute chargeFUZE activations at festivals and events; including in-person client interactions and field setup on chargeFUZE festival stations
- Provide consistent feedback to the FUZE Product Team from partners in order to further improve our products and services
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners, offering product training, best practices, and troubleshooting assistance as needed specifically in the chargeFUZE Events space
- Serve as an advocate for the partner within the organization, advocating for their needs and priorities.
- Track and report on key metrics related to client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of IoT industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
