Pool Sales Consultant / Estimator VM Pools | Middle Tennessee VM Pools is a growing pool construction company specializing in vinyl, liner, fiberglass, and gunite pools throughout Middle Tennessee. We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant / Estimator who can own the sales process from first site visit to signed contract , while maintaining a clean, organized CRM and producing accurate estimates. This is not an entry-level role. This position requires proven experience in pool sales, estimating, and construction knowledge. What You 'll Do Client Sales & Site Consultations * Conduct on-site initial meetings with homeowners, builders, and trade partners * Collect all project-critical information, including: * Property measurements and elevations * Surveys, plot plans, and house plans * Site access, utilities, grading, and construction constraints * Educate clients on pool options and guide them through scope, budget, and timeline * Close retail pool projects and partner-driven opportunities Estimating & Pricing (LMN Software) * Create accurate estimates and budget breakdowns using LMN Estimating Software * Price and scope: * Vinyl and liner pools * Fiberglass pools * Gunite pools * Coordinate pricing with subcontractors and internal team members * Ensure estimates align with company margin targets * Revise estimates as needed while maintaining scope control CRM & Lead Flow Management (GoHighLevel) * Own and manage the entire CRM pipeline in GoHighLevel * Ensure all leads, notes, estimates, follow-ups, and communications are logged daily * Maintain clear pipeline visibility across all deal stages: * New lead * Site visit completed * Estimate delivered * Follow-up / negotiation * Closed / lost * Execute timely follow-ups to prevent lead drop-off * Maintain clean, accurate CRM data--if it 's not in the CRM, it didn't happen * Communicate clearly with leadership, sales, and marketing using CRM data Partnership & Business Development * Actively pursue and develop partnerships with: * Custom home builders * Investors and developers * Real estate agents * Outdoor living and landscape companies * Position VM Pools as a preferred pool construction partner * Manage partner relationships inside the CRM for long-term repeat business Content Capture & Marketing Support * Capture photos and short videos during site visits and active projects * Submit raw content to the marketing team for daily social media production * Assist with showcasing: * Job sites * Design discussions * Construction progress * Completed projects What We 're Looking For * Proven experience selling and estimating: * Vinyl / liner pools * Fiberglass pools * Gunite pools * Strong understanding of pool construction, site conditions, and feasibility * Hands-on experience with: * GoHighLevel CRM (or similar CRM with willingness to master GHL) * LMN Estimating Software (preferred) * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously * Professional, confident, and comfortable working directly with homeowners and builders Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: $45,000-$60,000 (based on experience) * Uncapped commission based on sales and margin performance * High earning potential ($120k-$200k+ OTE) * Growth opportunity as VM Pools continues to scale * Team-based sales environment with operational support Why VM Pools * Established and growing pool construction company * Strong systems in place (CRM, estimating, marketing support) * Clear growth trajectory and leadership support * Opportunity to build long-term builder and trade partnerships * Room for advancement into senior sales leadership How to Apply Submit your resume and include a brief message outlining: * Your pool sales and estimating experience * Pool types you have sold and estimated * Any builder, investor, or trade relationships you currently have Final Note This role requires organization, accountability, and follow-through.
