Position Overview The Real Estate Sales Manager will lead and grow all real estate sales activities for the community, including new home sales, and broker relationships. This role combines sales leadership, strategy, and hands-on client engagement , ideal for a driven professional with experience in new construction or master-planned communities. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales growth for the country club community * Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals * Recruit, train, onboard, and coach sales team members, including performance evaluations * Drive new construction home and community sales from initial contact through closing * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, real estate agents, brokers, and key stakeholders * Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute effective campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotions * Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, pricing strategies, and buyer preferences * Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior leadership * Partner with design and construction teams to ensure product offerings align with market demand and buyer expectations * Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product enhancements * Ensure a seamless, professional, and luxury-level sales experience for all prospects and residents Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree a plus) * Active real estate license required * 5+ years of real estate sales experience, with new construction or community sales preferred * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals * Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills * In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market research * Experience managing sales teams or broker relationships * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and attend off-site events as needed The Tesoro Advantage * Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives * Opportunity to work together to shape and lead a luxury community sales program * Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
