JOB SUMMARY The Manufacturing Sales position is within Prolink's Operations department and partners with key stakeholders to provide world class resources and service to a select group of external talent and clients. RESPONSIBILITIES Place contract, contract to hire, and direct placement professionals across territory Manage recruiters in division to ensure they are meeting metrics and receiving career development needed to be successful Provide exemplary customer service to our clients and contractors Responsible for new business development Saturate territory for division by meeting and working with new clients that can utilize Prolink's services Work closely with executive management team on developing new process, procedures and employee development within division and across all operating companies Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics On call, after hours contact for accounts in the division Perform other related duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time Bachelor degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience 6 months+ of recruiting and/or sales experience Valid Driver's License Excellent communication, leadership, sales, customer service, and account management skills Works under general supervision and resolves complex questions Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment Able to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasks High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink's values PREFERENCES 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or sales Candidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the role's requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolink's business will be given additional consideration in the candidate selection process. If all minimum requirements are met, candidates with unique and/or diverse qualifications will also be given additional consideration.
