Even if you have just a little experience selling something (cell phones, clothing, real estate, Etc.), combined with a willingness to learn, we will gladly teach you everything you need to know about selling cars and making great money for yourself. Responsibilities of an Automotive Sales Professional: * Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers * Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models * Daily knowledge of new & used car inventory * Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, internet ads, referrals, etc.) * Work with New and Used Car Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met * Keep abreast of features, conditions, and warranty status of used vehicle makes and models * Generate your own leads by Networking and building a Book of business * Enjoy selling for one of the fastest growing dealerships in Indianapolis. * Sales experience a plus but not mandatory. Requirements of an Automotive Sales Professional: * Superior communication and customer service skills * Great Personality * Love People * Excellent follow-through skills * Solid working knowledge of the Internet * Understanding of manufacturer's specifications * Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude * Valid driver's license, clean driving record * A drug free environment This is a fantastic opportunity with a great organization.
