REALTY 220 is a growing 100% virtual commission real estate brokerage operating in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and now expanding into Arizona through a DBA-based structure. We are seeking an experienced Arizona Designated Broker to serve as Broker of Record for Arizona transactions conducted under the REALTY 220 brand. This is a remote, contract-based role compensated on a per-file basis. It is not a sales position and does not involve marketing, advertising, or recruiting. Role Overview The Broker of Record will provide statutorily required oversight for Arizona transactions under the DBA. The role centers on onboarding approval, agent coaching, file monitoring, and general compliance. REALTY 220 operates a centralized brokerage platform, including a virtual back office, handbook, tools, resources, and onboarding materials. These systems are designed to limit day-to-day involvement and streamline compliance. Key Responsibilities * Serve as Designated Broker/Broker of Record for Arizona operations under the DBA * Provide guidance on Arizona real estate law, compliance, and transaction-specific questions * Review and monitor transaction files for compliance * Handle or respond to compliance and transactional inquiries as needed * Review and approve agent onboarding following transfer from REALTY 220 * Maintain an active Arizona broker license and REALTOR/MLS affiliation, in good standing * Maintain, adapt, or implement a concise Arizona-specific compliance checklist * Maintain a definite place of business in Arizona, as required by state law Streamlined Operational Support Provided REALTY 220 will be responsible for the cost, handling, oversight, and distribution of the following items: * Recruitment * For-sale signage * Virtual back office * Agent onboarding welcome package * General agent administrative support * Marketing and advertising responsibilities * Inquiry handling and administrative infrastructure * Delivery of agent welcome files and compliance materials Compensation * $500 per closed file * No marketing, recruiting, or operational overhead costs listed compensation is based on the projection of 3-10 transactions/mo. and may increase with agent volume Ideal Candidate This role is well suited for an Arizona broker who is: * Well-versed in brokerage oversight and compliance obligations * Actively licensed and affiliated with ARMLS as a REALTOR * Comfortable operating in an oversight-focused role * Open to supplemental income without marketing, recruiting, or lead-generation expectations * Organized and comfortable providing guidance within established workflows and systems * Willing to adapt or implement concise state-specific compliance checklists IF INTERESTED, PLEASE EMAIL [please apply online] - THANK YOU.
