Job Title: Sales Manager Job Type: Full Time, On-Site, Exempt Job Location: Johns Creek, GA 30097 Job Description: UIBS USA is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead day-to- day sales operations and drive overall revenue growth. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, overseeing the entire sales cycle from inquiry to fulfillment, guiding the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication among internal teams, vendors, and customers. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a data-driven approach, and a proven ability to improve sales performance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. * Manage key customer accounts, including high-value relationships, escalations, and long-term partnership development. * Oversee the full sales cycle including product inquiries, quotations, negotiations, order processing, and post-sales support. * Monitor incoming orders through phone, email, and ERP systems and ensure accuracy and timely processing. * Review and resolve claims, discrepancies, refunds, and exchanges while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. * Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure timely payment, delivery, and service execution. * Optimize delivery scheduling and logistics to meet customer requirements and company commitments. * Maintain accurate CRM and ERP data for forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. * Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. * Develop strategies to grow existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and enhance customer retention. * Oversee preparation of sales documents including invoices, purchase orders, proposals, and contract files. * Drive continuous improvements in sales operations, communication, and customer service processes. Qualifications: * Korean bilingual preferred. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience, including at least 1 to 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. * Bachelor's degree required. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. * High proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Experience using CRM or ERP systems for customer management and reporting. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. * Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-first approach. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Demonstrated ability to handle complex customer inquiries and escalate issues appropriately.
