Medical Spa Manager - High-Growth Opportunity Anointed Medical Spa | Bixby, OK Anointed Medical Spa is looking for a proven Medical Spa Manager who knows how to scale, lead, and dominate in the aesthetics space. We are not looking for a beginner or someone who needs training -- we want a high-level operator who has already managed a seven-figure medical spa and is ready to take an established brand to the next level.We have a loyal client base, strong revenue, and the services to win. Now we need the right leader to grow it. Schedule

• Monday -Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM What We Do Our services include:
• Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify)
• Dermal fillers
• Chemical peels
• Photofacial rejuvenation

• Laser hair removal

• Weight loss programs including GLP-1s
• IV therapy & infusions
• High-performing membership programs
• Who We 're Looking For You have real experience running a medical spa , not just working in one. You understand numbers, KPIs, sales, staffing, and growth strategy. You're creative, competitive, and motivated by results. You want ownership-level responsibility without owning the building.

Key Responsibilities

• Own daily operations and performance of the spa
• Lead, coach, and hold staff accountable to high standards
• Drive revenue growth through memberships, promotions, and service optimization
• Improve systems, workflows, and client experience
• Partner on aggressive marketing, branding, and growth initiatives
• Track and exceed revenue and retention goals
• Maintain compliance and operational excellence

Requirements

• Medical spa management experience
• Experience managing a spa generating $1M+ annually
• Strong sales leadership and team accountability skills
• Proven ability to grow revenue, memberships, and client retention
