Pay: $15-$20/hour + performance bonuses (DOE) Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Merchant Application Processor - Sales Support / Call Center to join our energetic team! In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for merchant partners, providing exceptional support and facilitating seamless application processing. Duties * Engage with prospective and existing merchant partners through outbound and warm calling to support application processes and business development efforts * Assist merchants by answering inquiries, clarifying application requirements, and guiding them through the submission process using CRM software such as Salesforce * Negotiate terms and provide solutions to address merchant needs, fostering strong B2B relationships * Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote our services, increase merchant engagement, and generate new sales opportunities * Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives to enhance outreach strategies and improve customer experience * Maintain accurate records of all communications, applications, and follow-up actions within CRM systems * Support the onboarding of new merchants by verifying documentation, processing applications efficiently, and ensuring compliance with company policies Experience * Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles with a focus on B2B sales. Merchant processing sales preferred * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly and persuasively in English * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable * Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism * Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--with a customer-centric approach * Experience in business development or marketing activities that involve warm calling or lead generation is a plus * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional service Join us in this energetic role where your proactive approach and communication prowess will help us build lasting merchant relationships!
