We provide everything you need to get started, including a company vehicle, tablet, phone, hands-on training, and quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate window treatment solutions
• Accurately measure windows and provide customized product and installation recommendations
• Prepare quotes using proprietary software and communicate professionally via email and phone
• Manage the full sales cycle from consultation through to final purchase
• Maintain a well-organized schedule and operate independently with a high degree of accountability

Qualifications

& Attributes

• Demonstrated interest in design, home decor, and enhancing residential spaces
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to clearly present products and build client trust
• High attention to detail for precise measurements and solution recommendations
• Comfortable using technology, including email, Microsoft Office, and custom software platforms
• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Earnings Potential: $70,000-$90,000+ Comprehensive
