Fortitude HR Solutions has been engaged to conduct a search for a Business Development Manager. Our client, a growing multi-faceted dental practice (Adult , Pediatric, and Orthodontics), has an immediate need for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business development across the organization's three service lines. This role will lead external relationship-building efforts, develop and execute marketing strategies, and expand the practice's presence in the community to increase brand awareness, patient referrals, and overall market share. The qualified candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
• 3-5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or growth-focused roles, preferably in healthcare, dental, or professional services required
• Proven track record of relationship-based growth, networking, and referral development required
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and community outreach required
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with leadership required
• Willingness to attend evening or occasional weekend events as needed required This is an in-office position. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
