We offer: Competitive Pay & Benefits Paid Vacation 401k with Profit Sharing Car & Phone Allowance Responsibilities: * Manage territory by developing itineraries and call reports, managing prospecting and other call activity. * Grow Sales, Parts, Service and Rental Sales volumes and expand the customer base by selling new and used equipment. * Be an effective business partner to customers and prospects by understanding their business needs. * Coordinate financing and Insurance with the appropriate departments * Meet established performance criteria as determined by Sales Manager Qualifications * Enthusiastic - Self Starter with high energy throughout the sales workday * Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objectives * Quality Customer Service skills, Responsive. * Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone * Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process * Persistent, Competitive and good work ethic * Focuses on customer needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
