At 5 Star Lawn & Pest Control, we provide top-quality lawn care, pest control, and termite protection services to residential and commercial clients in Central Florida. We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and represent our trusted brand in the community. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and selling lawn, pest, and termite control services to new customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and being rewarded for their results. * Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and follow-up. * Conduct property inspections and provide quotes for lawn care, pest, and termite protection services. * Educate potential customers on our service options, treatment plans, and long-term benefits. * Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity. * Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction. * Previous sales experience preferred (lawn care, pest control, termite, or home services a plus). * Strong communication and people skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented. * Must have a valid driver's license and decent driving record. * Always look and act professional in your appearance, your vehicles appearance, and your paperwork. * Ability to work outdoors and enjoy engaging with customers face-to-face.
