About the Role We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facility. This role combines customer service, sales, facility upkeep, and basic administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working independently while taking ownership of the property. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily operations of the self-storage facility * Assist customers in person, by phone, and online with rentals, payments, and questions * Lease units and actively convert inquiries into rentals * Handle rent collection, late notices, and delinquent accounts * Enforce lease agreements, lien procedures, and company policies * Perform routine property walks and report maintenance issues * Coordinate basic maintenance and light cleaning as needed * Maintain accurate tenant records and documentation * Monitor occupancy levels and help implement pricing and promotions * Ensure the facility remains clean, secure, and professional at all times Qualifications * Customer service or sales experience preferred * Self-storage, property management, or retail management experience is a plus * Strong communication and organizational skills * Comfortable using computers, email, and basic management software * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy * Must be able to handle difficult conversations regarding payments and policies in a professional manner Physical Requirements * Ability to walk the property regularly * Light maintenance and cleaning tasks (sweeping, trash removal, etc.) * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally What We Offer * Competitive pay * Performance-based incentives/bonuses * Stable schedule * A supportive, hands-on management team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
