Job description: Independent Operator Ole Mexican Food 's Description Independent Operators of Tortilla Distribution. This is an exciting opportunity for Route Distributors with a desire to be your own boss. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for delivering 100% Customer Satisfaction through consistent, predictable high- quality products. As an independent operator you will have direct interaction with retail customers such as store managers, receiving personnel and other associates. * Excellent Earning Opportunities on established sales levels * Full lines of premium products * DSD experience (Grocery) a plus but not required Keys to Success: * Increase Sales * Complete route in a timely manner * Build strong relationships with retail customers * Provide excellent customer service * Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: * Deliver and distribution of merchandise * Proper merchandising and distribution techniques that ensure the sale of fresh products * Maintain sales relationships and uphold excellent customer service Requirements: * Must supply your own delivery vehicle * Must supply your own android device & printer for invoicing Job Type: Contract Work Location: Anderson, New Castle, Connersville In person What you 'll do * Navigate designated routes efficiently while ensuring timely deliveries to customers. * Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, addressing inquiries, and upselling products when appropriate. * Utilize your math skills to accurately handle pricing and transactions during deliveries. * Maintain organized records of deliveries, inventory, and customer interactions to ensure smooth operations. * Execute merchandising strategies at customer locations to enhance product visibility and sales potential. * Perform lifting boxes as required to load and unload products safely and efficiently. * Communicate effectively with Store Leadership to report any issues or updates regarding deliveries. * Uphold safety standards while driving and handling products on the route. Basic qualifications * Valid driver's license (CDL) * Strong organizational skills to manage routes and schedules effectively. Preferred qualifications * Previous experience in route driving or commercial driving roles. * Background in sales or customer service, particularly in a retail environment. * Familiarity with pricing strategies and merchandising techniques. * Military experience is a plus, showcasing discipline and commitment.
