What you will do--- The Call Center Sales Representative is responsible for converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities into new service agreements and revenue growth. This role is essential to delivering a high-quality customer experience by educating customers, identifying pest control needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and closing sales in a professional and compliant manner. Call Center Sales Representatives work closely with the Inside Sales Manager, Outside Sales Representatives, and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication, accurate documentation, and timely service delivery. Job Duties: * Explain service options and answer questions on inbound calls and outbound calls. * Follow up on service proposals. * Give expert pest control advice to inquiring potentials customers. * Take payments. * Day to Day office tasks. * Participate in heavy phone volume queue. * Meet or exceed established monthly sales goals and KPI's. * Scheduling appointments. * Engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive experience. * Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM software.
