Overview We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Route Sales Delivery Driver to join our team in . This role involves delivering products efficiently along designated routes, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely sales and merchandising. Duties * Safely operate commercial vehicles along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. * Deliver products to customers, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and proper handling of goods. * Conduct route driving efficiently, managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules. * Engage with customers professionally, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. * Perform merchandising tasks such as product placement and display setup at customer locations. * Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance sales opportunities. * Handle heavy lifting during loading and unloading of products, maintaining safety standards at all times. * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, and inventory levels. * Organize daily route plans for optimal efficiency and productivity. Qualifications * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred. * Strong math skills for handling pricing, inventory counts, and sales transactions. * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. * Proven experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service roles is advantageous. * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. * Strong organizational skills for route planning and time management. * Prior military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline and reliability. * Knowledge of route driving logistics and upselling techniques is desirable.
