Integrity Rise , an innovative, customer-centric property management company, is recruiting for a Leasing Specialist ; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search. The Leasing Specialist is responsible for applying sales and marketing skills to match prospective residents with the right housing based on their needs and requirements. The position is also responsible for building and nurturing a welcoming community environment for current and prospective residents. In this role, you will coordinate advertising to prospective residents, conduct tours, and oversee the leasing process. You will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure optimization of community's occupancy and build a strong pipeline of potential residents. This is a full-time, regular position based in Charleston, WV. The Leasing Specialist will work onsite at 1 Morris St with a work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays (on rotation) between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Local travel to other Integrity Rise properties is expected on a regular/occasional basis. This position offers * A great work environment with a team-oriented and customer centric culture * Competitive compensation and medical, dental and vision benefits * 401(k) * Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off Must Haves * At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, leasing or a related field. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. * Good communication skills, both verbal and written. * Working knowledge of multi-family real estate, apartment, and/or leasing industry. * Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) and Fair Housing Act (FHA) laws. * Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation. * High School Diploma or equivalent. Nice-To-Haves * Experience in multi-family properties is a plus. * Relevant certifications are preferred but may be required within certain locations and must be obtained in a certain timeframe after hire. Physical Requirements * Ability to move about for long periods of time. * Ability to move up to 15 pounds. * Ability to work in both office and on-site property environments, including outdoor areas subject to weather conditions.
