Duties * Greet customers warmly, providing expert assistance to meet their needs and enhance their shopping experience * Support sales goals through proactive engagement, product knowledge sharing, and effective upselling techniques * Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and securely * Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control practices * Supervise daily store operations including cashiering, POS transactions, pricing, and cash handling with precision * Train and develop new team members on customer service standards, POS systems, and store policies * Lead shift management by supervising staff schedules, delegating tasks, and maintaining a high-energy work environment Experience * Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities * Prior supervisory or assistant manager experience in a retail setting is highly desirable * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases * Familiarity with retail management tools including POS systems, inventory management software, and merchandising techniques * Knowledge of retail math for pricing strategies, budgeting, and sales analysis * Experience in recruiting, training & development, payroll processing, bookkeeping or administrative tasks is advantageous Join us to energize your career with a vibrant team that values leadership, innovation, and exceptional service.
