Costello Equity Partners, our fast-growing property management company is looking for a Resident Relations & Operations Coordinator -- a proactive, organized, and people-focused team member who thrives in both backend systems and front-facing resident interactions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Relations & Operations Coordinator located in Murfreesboro, TN. The coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day resident relations, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations of the apartment community. Tasks include coordinating maintenance requests, assisting with administrative duties, and supporting overall property management efforts.
