We have been in business for over 45 years!! We are seeking an outgoing and energetic individual to take over one of our well-established delivery routes. This individual must be a go-getter and extremely relational. You must be organized and comfortable using technology to process sales. Requirements: * Clean driving record - YOU MUST PRESENT A CLEAR MVR IN HAND AT TIME OF INTERVIEW * Experience driving a delivery truck - we have 16 foot box trucks. * Excellent intra-personal skills * Legible handwriting * Basic math skills * Strong customer retention skills * Previous delivery and sales experience * Physical stamina - this is a hands on, labor intensive job. It requires bending, lifting, climbing steps, and handling heavy boxes and products. Job Overview: * Monday-Thursday on the road - hours vary based on day * Sunday morings required to load truck for next week * Consistent weekly route * Training provided * Daily loading/unloading of plants on and off truck * Drive/delivery for daily route * Calling customers for preorders * Receiving customer calls/texts for add on products * Maintaining strong customer relationships * Collecting outstanding balances on customer accounts * Learning names/prices of our products Come join the Southland family!
