Job description Vitale Homes, a semi-custom, luxury new home builder is hiring for a premier sales position located in Hernando County. We are searching for a bright, focused, solutions-oriented individual who can function as a partner while driving results using diplomacy, persistence, professionalism, and integrity. This opportunity will encompass working from a furnished model in a Vitale Homes utilizing tools to sell both inventory and build to order in the Southern Hills subdivision. In addition, securing our realtor base through visiting realtor offices, understanding area competition, training on back-to- basics sales skills, and overall teamwork. The ideal candidate will have direct on-site selling experience within the new home industry. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for achieving sales and overcoming objectives with strong ability to close. This is a 1099 position. Other responsibilities will include, but not be limited to : -Determine customer 's needs and buying motive through effective discovery techniques. - Actively seek to close prospective customers by asking multiple closing- related questions during presentation. -Assist clients through their new home purchase and building process. -Assist clients with securing their home-site -Complete sales contracts for new home purchases. -Work closely with the Construction Manager, Lenders and Title Company. -Organize, maintain, and develop sales literature for the model home. -Strong organizational skills, follow up and follow through adeptness. -Clear and concise communication skills. -Strong follow up and follow through skills. -Develop an understanding of competitor pricing and products. - Must be action/results orientated with strong customer service skills - Professional appearance and demeanor. -Team-oriented -Goal Driven Requirements: - Florida Real Estate License - On Site model center new home sales experience. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Self-motivated - Willingness to travel for Sales meeting attendance and select industry events Job Type: Full-time Commission based offering initial draw against commission, 1099 Employee Schedule: * 8 hour shift, including weekends * Day shift Work Location: In Person - Spring Hill / Weeki Wachee Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In personVitale Homes
