Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Flooring Sales/Estimator/Project Manager to manage existing commercial projects and drive new business growth. If you have a strong sense of urgency, solid industry experience, and a passion for customer relationships, we want to hear from you. What You 'll Do * Manage commercial flooring projects from estimate through completion * Generate new business using your existing industry relationships * Take accurate job site measurements and create estimates using RFMS and RFMS Measure * Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams * Oversee logistics and planning for out-of-town projects * Attend meetings early and prepared, maintaining a high level of professionalism * Help grow the commercial division to meet company-wide goals What We 're Looking For * Proven work ethic and a strong sense of urgency * Experience in the Commercial Flooring industry * Excellent customer relationship and communication skills * Experience with RFMS and RFMS Measure (required) * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed * Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Willingness to work in-office and on job sites * Strong attention to detail, especially in measurements and logistics * Positive, team-first attitude Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Opportunities for Growth in a Fast-Paced Company Schedule * Full-time in office * Monday to Friday * Occasional travel for project sites Apply Today If you're ready to take your flooring career to the next level, apply now to join a company that values your work and helps you grow.
