Select Homes Realty is hiring experienced agents to work active buyer inquiries with direct access to the broker. This is not a volume brokerage and not a hands-off setup. You will have broker support when you need it and freedom to run your business. What We Offer * Buyer leads provided * Strong commission splits * No desk fees or monthly fees * Direct broker access for strategy and deal support * Remote flexibility while working South Florida clients What You'll Be Doing * Working assigned buyer leads * Showing properties and guiding buyers through the purchase process * Writing offers, negotiating contracts, and managing transactions to close * Communicating clearly and professionally with buyers This Role Is NOT For * Brand new licensees * Agents who are uncomfortable with phone follow-up * Anyone looking for training-only environments This Role IS For Agents Who * Hold an active Florida real estate license * Have experience working buyers * Are comfortable converting leads * Want broker access without micromanagement Apply only if you meet the experience requirements.
