Select Homes Realty is hiring experienced agents to work active buyer inquiries with direct access to the broker. This is not a volume brokerage and not a hands-off setup. You will have broker support when you need it and freedom to run your business. What We Offer

• Working assigned buyer leads

• Agents who are uncomfortable with phone follow-up
