As a trusted advisor, you will connect individuals and businesses with wireless and Internet services tailored to their unique needs, usage habits, and long-term goals. AT &T Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Serve as a results-driven AT&T Sales Representative, actively promoting and selling AT&T's high-speed wireless and Internet services through direct customer engagement. * Deliver engaging and customized sales presentations that clearly demonstrate the value and competitive advantages of AT&T's offerings. * Match service plans and pricing packages to individual customer needs--maximizing satisfaction, optimizing data usage, and increasing conversion rates. * Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and loyal clients, fostering long-term relationships that drive brand loyalty and recurring revenue. * Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency, using each interaction to reinforce trust in the AT&T brand and create repeat business opportunities. * Track and evaluate personal sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue goals. * Share customer feedback and market insights with leadership to help refine sales strategies and improve team-wide effectiveness. AT &T Sales Representative Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or a degree is a plus. * Experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles is preferred. * Prior experience as an AT&T Sales Representative is highly desirable. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others. * Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. * Willingness to travel locally within your assigned territory to meet customers face-to-face.
