• Showing apartments
• New Construction lease ups
• Taking residential applications
• Following up with work orders
• Delivering notices
• Performing move-ins
• Daily grounds inspection
• Collecting rents
• Monthly market analysis Job Type: Full-time Pay: $37,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
