Lee family! Role Description *Bilingual - Must be fluent in both Spanish & English This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Clayton, NC. The Counter Sales Representative creates the first impression of Guy C. Lee by greeting walk-in customers with positive energy at the counter and supporting callers with the same positive experience, urgency, professionalism, and care. This frontline sales role drives growth by converting walk-in and phone opportunities into sales, building relationships quickly, and actively identifying and qualifying new leads for our Outside Sales team. You'll also help keep orders moving smoothly for all customers from quote to order entry to fulfillment, delivering a fast, helpful customer experience that builds trust and keeps customers coming back. Qualifications * Enjoys being customer facing and interacting with others. * Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills. * Follow a sales process to qualify, identify, and close new business. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively * Use POS and computer systems confidently while multitasking between counter, phones, and internal communication. * Work closely with the team to resolve issues quickly and maintain a positive, customer-first environment. * Experience in Building Materials and/or Building Construction preferred.
