Duties * Lead and manage the entire dealership team, including sales staff, service personnel, and support staff, ensuring alignment with company goals. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on B2B (business-to-business) and retail markets to maximize revenue streams through outbound sales, cold calling, and upselling techniques. * Oversee the sales pipeline management using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and deal closures efficiently. * Implement effective inventory control and inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels of high-demand vehicles. * Drive high-end sales initiatives by leveraging negotiation skills and public speaking abilities during presentations and client meetings. * Cultivate strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service, phone etiquette, and personalized communication. * Coordinate marketing efforts to attract new clients while supporting existing customer retention through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. * Monitor dealership performance metrics such as retail math, retail sales figures, and organizational efficiency to meet or exceed targets. Skills * Proven experience in dealership management with a strong background in automobile sales and retail operations. * Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals confidently. * Strong sales expertise complemented by outbound sales experience and cold calling proficiency. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities that facilitate communication with diverse customer bases. * Expertise in managing a comprehensive sales pipeline using CRM software tools. * Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for inventory management, inventory control, and retail math accuracy. * Outstanding communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence. * Ability to lead a team effectively through sales management practices while supporting ongoing training in automotive sales techniques. * Knowledge of marketing strategies that enhance dealership visibility and attract high-end clientele.
