Position Title: Outside Sales Manager

Job Description

: - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue targets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and client outreach. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Conduct regular in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. - Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for leadership. - Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, customer service, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Travel regularly at least 2-times a month(local and out-of-state as needed) to meet clients, attend trade shows, visit accounts, support field activities, and develop new markets. - Resolve customer issues and ensure prompt follow-up for sales quotes/sale order, contracts, and inquiries. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in company CRM systems. - Support promotional activities, new product launches, and seasonal sales campaigns.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient with computers and basic office software Stipend: $50,000/year+ Target bonus a year for those with experience This position is open only to candidates on OPT or OPT STEM or to U.S. Citizens and permanent residents.
