Leasing Professional - (FULL-TIME) A luxury apartment community is seeking a motivated and results-driven Leasing Professional with a strong interest in marketing and property management. The ideal candidate should possess leasing experience, demonstrate self- motivation, be a team player, be success-oriented, and excel in maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service. This is essential to ensure that all residents and prospective residents have an exceptional experience. Benefits: * Monthly Commissions on leases * FREE Medical Benefits * Dental & Eye Care starting at $30/month * 401K Program * Paid Vacation & Sick time Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist the Community Director and Assistant Manager in the coordination and execution of all leasing and marketing activities. * Greet prospective residents and conduct professional tours of the community and apartment homes, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience. * Maintain and manage the community's social media presence by posting engaging, professional content a minimum of (3) times daily across all platforms. * Apply detailed product, community, and market knowledge to identify prospective residents' needs and effectively communicate community features and benefits to support immediate leasing decisions. * Maintain consistent daily follow-up with prospects and residents to ensure superior customer service and strong conversion results. * Process rental applications accurately, collect all required documentation, and submit complete application packages to management for timely approval. * Create, promote, and execute outreach marketing initiatives, including local business partnerships, on-site events, and off-site marketing efforts, to increase community visibility and lead generation. * Assist in planning, promoting, and hosting resident events designed to foster a strong sense of community and enhance resident satisfaction. * Actively plan and promote monthly resident events. * Responsible for maintaining a high closing ratio and achieving established leasing goals. * Demonstrate professional phone etiquette for all incoming and outgoing communications with residents and prospective residents. * Maintain accurate, detailed knowledge of the community, competitive market conditions, and leasing trends. * Conduct regular inspections of model units, show units, and tour paths to ensure all areas are clean, presentable, and tour-ready. Also, walk all move-ins three days prior to possession is given. * Complete additional duties and projects as assigned by the Community Director. * Utilize Yardi, CRM systems, and related leasing software to track activity, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.
