Position Overview: As an Insurance Producer, you'll be the face of our agency -- helping clients protect what matters most. This is a sales-driven role with unlimited income potential. You'll build lasting relationships, generate leads, and close sales across multiple lines of insurance including auto, home, life, and commercial. Responsibilities: * Develop leads and build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and community outreach. * Educate clients on insurance options and tailor solutions to fit their needs and budget. * Provide quotes and follow up on sales opportunities. * Maintain knowledge of industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and Farmers Insurance products. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. * Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.
