Responsibilities - Sales Consultants:: * Help customers select and purchase vehicles. Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day * Greet customers, determine their needs, and match to vehicles in inventory * Explain vehicle features and demonstrate performance on test drives * Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals * Present pricing and incentives * Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business * Prospect for new customers Qualifications - Sales Consultants: * An energetic and goal-oriented self-starter that's motivated to succeed! * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Good computer and social media skills * A positive attitude and professional appearance * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license and good driving record.
