LOA Captive Agent - Medicare (Full-Time) Location: Central Florida Work Type: On-site, Field Role Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish (required) Cardali Group is growing and we're looking for a motivated LOA Captive Agent - Medicare to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, connecting with the community, and closing Medicare enrollments through POS locations, self-generated leads, and events. What You'll Do * Operate assigned retail Points of Sale (POS) provided by Cardali * Rotate across locations based on the weekly schedule * Conduct Medicare enrollments for eligible beneficiaries * Perform follow-up calls and close sales * Manage and work company-provided leads (when available) * Actively generate your own leads through outreach, networking, and community relationships * Identify and organize events (health fairs, community outreach, senior centers, business partnerships, etc.) * Attend events and represent the brand professionally * Maintain strong relationships at POS locations * Track daily production and report activity to management * Ensure full compliance with Medicare guidelines What We're Looking For * Bilingual (English & Spanish) - required * Experience with Medicare sales or customer-facing roles (preferred) * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Reliable, professional, and able to follow structured schedules * Highly motivated to generate leads and build a personal pipeline Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Application Question(s): * Do you have an active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 insurance license? * Are you comfortable working in the field (POS locations, events, community outreach) with a rotating schedule? * How much experience do you have working with Medicare beneficiaries or selling Medicare products Language: * English & Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
